1. Where is my package located?
After placing your order, it takes on average 1-3 business days to process your order and 3-7 business days before your order is delivered. Deadline for ordering: 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)
If these periods have passed and your package has not yet arrived, please contact our customer service.
2. Where can I find my track & trace code?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Also check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace link becomes active.
3. How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order with your Track & Trace number that you received by email. Enter the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery.
4. I am not satisfied with my package.
